I'm thinking about getting a Cooler Master Water Cooler for my FX-8350 and FX-8320. How much does it help in terms of overclocking?

It may. there a section in the water-cooling sticky for close loops liquid cooling, I don't recommend anything below an H 100.
But these closes looped system are no ware near as good a actual water-cooling. what are you currently using for cooling you CPU now?

Depending on how far you want to go with overclocking will make a difference in the answer to your question. Seeing as how we really don't know your intent, difficult to give a proper answer. The are air coolers that perform far better than closed loop coolers, and of course for max cooling capacity custom loop options.

Question is - What do you want to be able to do?
