need help with reinstalling integrated gfx

ok so i have my computer an aspire m5100 with onboard hdmi hookup. i have uninstalled the onboard gfx card and installed my own. then just recently reinstalled the drivers for the integrated gfx cuz i want to run dual monitors. but it still refuses to show up on my display options. the integrated card is a ATI Radeon X1250 ive installed the drivers and nothing has shown up in display options to extend my monitor or make it my primary. is there any other reason i am not privy to that would cause the current integrated gfx to not show up on the display options?

There's no reason to uninstall your on-board drivers even if you're putting a discrete card in. What kind of card did you put in? Most discrete cards will do dual monitors for you, but you generally can't use the discrete card with the on-board graphics at the same time, the motherboard turns off one of them.
