Mid range Gigabyte motherboard advice

Hi, I am building a gaming pc . However, I can not decide over the following :

Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H
Gigabyte GA-H77-D3H
Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H

Whats the difference between these ?

I will be using a i5 3570 and a gtx 770. Which of the above is suggested ?
(Please mention the pros and cons of these)
