graphic card configuration

I've installed a 50" graphic card on a 42" inch Samsung plasma screen. How to change the configuration?

I don't understand what you mean by '50" graphic card', if you just mean resolution, right click the desktop and go to "screen resolution". Which will give you resolution and mirroring/extending options.
