Help with deciding a new graphics card please.

Hello, I have a Radeon HD 5770 graphics card. I have had this for a while and decided I need a new one now, after some time of looking I decided on a few I want, but can't decide. So far it is either Crossfiring two Radeon HD 7790s, or getting a Radeon HD 7870. But I have one more option, I could spend a little more and get a Radeon 7970, or a Radeon HD 7950. I dont know much about graphics cards which is why I came here, If you think something else might be better for a upgrade from a 5770 then please say so. I just dont want to waste my money. I have a Asus CG5275, with a 750w power supply. I just got a ASUS VG248qe and would like a better card to make use of it. Thanks for all the help in advanced.

Holy Cow!!...the monitor of your's is quite a beast..144 refresh rate??..1ms response time??...Well to match up with the monitor technically you will be needing gtx 770 SLI..

What is your budget and give us a link of your present motherboard

Im trying to aim around 300$, but if the difference in performance is great... I am willing to spend more. I just don't want to spend the extra money for a 15-30%.
