UPDATE: serious help needed! new rig wont display anything

Just got the parts of my new PC and build it, but it won't display anything!
Got a fx6300, MSI 970a g43, his HD 7870...
System fans, CPU fan and video card fan are spinning, but I don't get a signal on neither dvi nor HDMI, no beeping or whatever!

i tried the troubleshooting guide here, tried an other video card-same issue
tried with only one stick ram on all channels-same issue
completly rebuild the system-same issue
also tried without ram, video card... same, NEVER HEARD A BEEP FROM MY MOTHERBOARD!
so i guess i got a faulty mb? what do you guys think?

Do you have a motherboard speaker hooked up?

sure, its connected 100% correct

SOunds like a motherboard issue. Get a different board. that board has VRM fire issues due to no heatsink anyway,
