bought new ram for memok!

hey guys , ive been having problems with memok! and i couldnt even boot my computer for the first time (so i didn't get a chance to setup bios). so i went out and got new ram and its still giving me a red light!! guys please tell me what i should do, is there something wrong with my motherboard?? i built my pc without putting it in the case and got to the american screen telling me my parts etc. but because i was tired i didnt want to setup bios and now today its been giving me the red light the whole day!

i just learnt that memok! tries to fix the ram compatibility with the motherboard through bios but the thing is i didnt even setup bios!

please guys any help will be appreciated

RAM: 2x8gb corsair value select ddr3 1600mhz

Try with a single stick, see if that get's you into BIOS, if so enable XMP and select profile 1, save, shutdown, add second stick and give it a try.....if no joy make sure you have the latest BIOS, then try the above
