I'm wondering if these parts i've chosen will work together ( Will they fit in the case etc.) or if i should choose different ones

All of the parts would fit; however you might want to beef up the cpu other wise you'll bottleneck a lot between cpu and graphics card. You really want to have graphics card and cpu as close to equal cost for best performance.

AMD 8350 should suit you well with what you have right now.
Extra note: get an aftermarket cpu fan so you don't have to listen to the stock jet engine they give you.
