As for the mobo and the Processor, idk alot about AMD but that looks like a good mobo and processor
If i were you Id go with intel but thats my opinion.

I have a that exact graphics card, it runs like a beast.
Maybe get a normal dvd-rw and spend more on a diffrent part

Drop the water cooler and paste. USe the saved money to get an 8320 and a better quality PSU (XFX 550w). The CX units from Corsair are average at best.

These are the only real obvious changes that need to be made.
