Buy now, or wait for a new CPU?

Hello guys, I'm going to make this short and simple. I want to know the best processor I can buy with a budget that goes up to 200$. I'm limited to AMD, because I have an Asrock 900 extreme4, AM3+ socket supported. I have a 620 watt PSU, I use an Radeon HD 8---. It uses one PSU threepin connection if that gives you an idea of power consumption. It looks like the higher end CPU's in my price range run at 125 watts, will I be ok w/ that?

Should I wait for a new CPU to fall in my price range, or is the vishera 4.0, 8 core the best of the best for a while? Thanks in advance
