looking for a better graphic card and faster processor to support it

I have an acer aspire 4752 and the processor is an intel core i3 with an intel hd graphics 3000. and the graphic card is not really suiting to what I use it for, is there any chance of upgrading it?

Its very hard to change in a laptop, I wouldn't do it if I were you, also you cant be sure your power supply is good enough. And if you want a professional to do it, well then you're better served with buying a new computer.
