looking for a good and cheap laptop

Hi, i have to choose beetween two laptops, i have to say that is for college, so i want it to last four years at least, i'm gonna use it for surf the web, watch movies, listen to music, and also for photo editing and so i will add 4 giga ram to have 8 giga ram.
I want to know which one is better, thanks, and sorry for my bad english.
Asus u32vj-ro029h-->intel i5 3210M (2.5ghz), 4Giga (max 8Giga), Nvidia geforce GT 635M, 750Go memory.
Asus s400ca-->intel i5 3317U (1.7 ghz), 4Giga (max 8giga), 500Go + 24 Go SSD, touchscreen.

Thanks for the quick answer, and do you think it will be good for lr4 or cs5 without any lag ?

Well in you are above the system requiriments, so yeah i think you will not lag much. Sometimes you may experience some lag with big projects but it will be because you have a Dual Core On your laptop, the I5 on almost all laptops its a Dual Core. But Yeah it should be okey and more with the Dedicated Gpu, you may even game in that laptop.

If you want to enhance your experience with your photoshop editing and system overall, you can later add Another 4gb of Ram and get an SSD of 256gb. It will boot in 7-10 secs and will give you better performance in the photoshop editing.

So i am going to buy de u32vj because of his better processor and his dedicated gpu, and also add a 256 ssd with the time, and 4giga ram and i'll have a i5 with good specifications (for me), with a ssd and 8giga ram, it will be perfect. thanks for your quick answers.
