As the title says, I'm looking for a new headset that is mainly gonna be used for PC gaming.
I'm willing to spend about 250 US Dollars, but might spend more, if the headset features and/or quality justifies it.

I have a rather small head, so I have a hard time finding great headsets, that aren't giant.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, the best gaming headsets are the ones made by Razer. They are relatively inexpensive but feature rich. The best ones they make in my opinion are these: http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-audio/razer-tiamat-71 they offer true 3D 7.1 sound using discrete drivers in each ear. However, if, as you say you have a small head and weight/size is an issue, these might not be an option. The next choice would be these: http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-audio/razer-megalodon . These also offer 7.1 surround sound through virtualization. Do not be put off by the fact that it is virtualization however, it works extremely well and is very reliable. if these are still to big or you, look at the other models offered by Razer. You might also consider these earphones which can do surround virtualization: http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-audio/razer-hammerhead-pro/ .
