Can't Decide Between These 2 PSUs

I honestly don't know much about what I'm supposed to be looking for/at but these two were recommended to me. My build has a 4770k processor and a GTX 770 GPU.

They are both awesome PSUs. Both make by SeaSonic and both have single 12V rails. Don't think you can make a wrong choice here but I'd probably go for the SeaSonic.
