Beats headphones question

Hello! So I have beats, and all of a sudden, after 6 months of perfect sound quality, my left headphone has a significantly lower sound, I can only hear out of it with the volume turned all the way up, which obviously is a very unbalanced sound quality. Does anybody know any quick fixes to this problem?

try using a different headphone cable(if you can)
