I am currently building two identical gaming pcs and both were built at the same time with the same setup and wiring. One works perfectly however the other is stuck at the ASUS splash screen right when I turn it on. It does not allow me to hit DEL to enter the BIOS. The MB speaker beeps once as normal and when I tried removing one of the RAM sticks, the same thing would happen. What could be the problem here? It's like it just freezes on the splash screen when I turn the computer on. Thanks!

Try using the DRAM from the other rig - if OK prob one of the sticks is bad from the 2nd 'bad' build
