dell wont turn on

this laptop dell im working on wont turn on...! but when I connect the charger the blue led light turns on and stays on indicating that the battery is charging... ps when nothing is connected no light is on only when "charging"...

If it does not turn on with or without battery, you can try a new charger. If that does not fix it, could be the power plug connection or the motherboard. Could be RAM but that usually gives you at least some beep error codes.
