Laptop Graphics Card HOT AND LOUD

Hello.

I have a HP DV6 3031TX

The graphics card is REALLY hot and REALLY loud

The temp at idle is 75 degrees Celsius

Is this normal? for a laptop?

Please any help will be appreciated

laptop cpu and graphic cards are generally hot. My macbook air temp tops 105c at normal load(not even full)
I say don't worry about it unless the system starts to melt.
