According to the minimum system requirments (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Running_the_game) you should be able to run it, at least at low. You meet all the of minimum requirments.

Usually, the minimum requirements are enough to run the game. I've used a low end laptop back about a year ago, and I played games even when I didn't meet the minimum requirements.

I have too, but for games, the minimum requierements are a bit iffy

I never liked thesystemrequirementslab. On a much older computer using the q45 chipset it would always give me fails even though I'd be able to play it fine with medium settings. I mostly use the Game-debate checker from the link I posted, but not as much anymore since I finally got a gaming PC.

Download the demo and see how you can run it before purchasing it. I'm confident you would be able to set most of the settings to medium and some high (not much though)

System Requirments Lab is very inaccurate. Try this instead http://www.yougamers.com/gameometer/10542/

I used to play it on a pc I borrowed from work when my Desktop & laptop gave in around the same time (1 in August, 1 in September). It was slightly better with a i5 3570 but it had no GPU and I played it fine on low, no lag even in WvW so you can still enjoy the game.

Although having my new beast and seeing the graphical detail I must say you will be envious of Youtubers, friends with all their shiny armour and cool special effects
