I need a new hard drive: 1 Tb, 7200 rpm, 64 mb cache.
My choices are Seagate SV35, Seagate Barracuda, WD Blue, WD Black.
Those are the only choices that fit my budget and are in stock at my favourite shop (I have a big big discount voucher).
Main uses: audio.video editing (nothing too fancy), games, movie storage. I already have a SSD for Windows.
Right now I use 2 x 250 Gb WD, never had problems with them.

Found a few benchmark results - http://www.harddrivebenchmark.net/ - higher scores are better.
Seagate SV35
Seagate ST1000VX000-1CU162 1155
Seagate ST1000VX000-9YW162 1203

Seagate Barracuda
Seagate ST1000DM003-1CH1 1128
Seagate ST1000DM003-1CH162 1181
Seagate ST1000DM003-9YN 1546
Seagate ST1000DM003-9YN1 1150
Seagate ST1000DM003-9YN162 1178

WD Blue
WDC WD10EZEX 1125

WD Black
WDC WD1002FAEX 795

Problems:
- WD Black very low score. As far as I know, it's a top drive. Found at least 3-4 articles/reviews that say WD Blue is better in terms of mb/s and worse in terms of ms seek time. WV Black is the most expensive one.
- Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003-9YN very good score. Unfortunatelly, the shop has 1CH162-305 revision - average score. And cheapest.
- Seagate SV35 - not many reviews and benchmarks. They are marketed as "Data storage solutions for modern video surveillance systems." Big MTBF, reliable and so on. Average price between the others.

Since you already have an OS SSD, I would suggest any good 7200rpm secondary drive -- so either the WD Blue or Seagate Barracuda. If you do a lot of video editing get another SSD for a scratch disk, otherwise just use a partition on the HDD.

All the Seagates you list are using the new 1tb platters, as does the WD Blue while the WD black is still using 500gb platters.

The WD Blacks are more expensive because they have a 5 yr warranty and warranties are never free.

I would not use the DVR drive unless you plan of using the drive 24/7 nor making it an OS drive.

Since you have a nice discount coming, it looks like you're getting the Seagate or the WD Blue. Enjoy!

denser track takes a little more time to zero in on the right one I think. But good news it it looks like they've optimized it since relase. its faster in xfer rate and access time than it was.
