I agree cuecuemore - look for budget that works for you
decide a cpu - AMD or Intel computer (i recommend Intel)
decide on gpu (graphics) - nvidia or Ati ( i recommend nvidia gtx 650 ti)
decide on motherboard - many choice
power supply is determined by gpu (make sure it's a good power supply otherwise it's will burn out your pc quick)
decide how much space you need
decide how many rams you need ( minimum is 2-4)

i was going to build this, but not enough funding. It came out to be 550+ but lower than 600
