planning to buy a low budget gaming pc

Hey guys, I'm planning to buy a new pc with the following specs...
A10 5800k apu
FM2-A55 mobo
As of now I can't afford a discrete graphics card.
Mostly i'll be using it to browse the internet, watch movies and play a few games. I'm not a hardcore gamer but i occasionally enjoy playing GTA4 and Crysis2. Now i know they won't run at extreme-high settings at 1080p res.
But will they run at medium settings and decent framerate?

Looking at the only review i could find where they put that CPU with Crysis 2:

It looks like they ran at 1280x720 at High settings and were getting close to 40 fps avg. which is fine in my book. So if you're playing at 1920x1080, i'm sure you should be able to get very playable frame rates on medium. They did stress in this review getting the fastest ram that you can since the APU has to use it instead of having it's own ram, i think 1886MHz is the fastest you could do right now.
