Radeon HD 7850 blackscreen

i just got my Radeon HD 7850 and i get blackscreen when trying to start my pc

CPU: AMD Phenom ll X61055T.

Motherboard: M4N68T LE V2

RAM: Over 8gb

wat: 500

Just some starter questions:

-Are the GPU fans spinning up?
-PCIE power plugged into GPU?
-Type/Amperage on 12v of PSU
-Which output are you using from the card?

Make sure you are in the correct DVI port.
