Will the Sapphire HD 7970 GHz Edition 6GB GDDR5 VAPOR-X benefit running AutoCAD and games or will a 7970GHz 3GB card suffice? Dual Monitor Resolution will run at least 1920x1200 maybe upgrade display resolution later in the future. I have read that the AMD FirePro W7000 will work with games at a playable frame rate.

What is everyones thoughts and or advice?

well it does depend are you more into gaming or autocad? if so does autocad support crossfire? could be option if it does, and i think HD 7970 GHZ is pretty good card for both but Firepro or Nvidia Quaddro's are more equipped for autocad, also depends on your price point a titan would be more up your ally.

I have also found this http://cadspeed.wordpress.com/2012/10/31/the-best-hardware-configuration-for-autocad-2013-part-4-processor-video-card-ram-and-hard-drive/ . Thanks for your input, I will be going with a gaming card.
