So, I ordered all the parts for my new gaming PC. I wanted to test the power supply so I plugged it into the wall outlet and connect the case fan to the PSU and I turn the power supply on and nothing? I've tried pretty much all the outlets in my house and I'm certain it's the PSU. When I plug the PSU into the wall and just try to turn it on literally nothing happens. Do I have to return this one to amazon and get them to send me another?

You have to hardwire the PSU. Insert a paper clip bended like a 'U' one end into the green wired port and another to the black wired port of the 20/24 pin atx connector of your PSU. It will work.
