How to remove Ctrl S (Save) from my keyboard in Word 2007

I need to remove Ctrl S from my keyboard short cuts in Word 2007. Can anyone help?

On the top left corner of Word 07 you should see a little downward arrow. Clicking it will open Customize Quick Access Toolbar, click More Commands, find the save shortcut on the right column, click it and select Remove located between the two columns.
