fx 6350/ fx 8350 for gaming and adobe (e.g Photoshop)

Hi, i need help!
I really don't know what processor or graphics card I should use as I'm in a budget. I mostly be doing gaming and some adobe (e.g Photoshop) in the future and really just want my PC to be FAST.

I had some ideas below but didn't know any good budget graphics cards for FX 8350.
1: FX 6350 + MSI GTX 660 OC
2: FX 8350 + ??

Personally, I'd get the 8350 for not much more money and you get a higher clock speed (if I remember correctly) and more cores. They aren't always used at one time, but you can do more in the long run. Then you can think about overclocking that and have one hefty CPU.
