Will 'AMD FX-6100' bottleneck nVidia GTX 660 ti ?

Do I need to use the AMD FX-8350 ( 8x 4000 Mhz ) Octocore ?

I was thinking of this build over here:

Case: Aggressor C70 (Military Green)
Motherboard: MSI 990FXA-GD65
CPU: AMD FX-6100 ( 6x 3300 Mhz ) Hex Core
Cooler: Standard Cooler
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz 2x 4GB (Corsair Vengeance - Dual Channel, /w heatsink)
GPU: nVidia GTX 660 ti (2048 MB GDDR5 - DX 11 )
Power Supply: Corsair VS Series VS650 (650watt)

Now with this build I'm not trying to get the MAX out of this GPU, since I can always upgrade my CPU. My question is if this CPU will bottleneck this GPU? Here, I'm not talking about let's say 4-5 FPS drop but rather 15-20 FPS drop.

Please tell me if this build is do-able, or would I need to get an AMD FX-8350 ( 8x 4000 Mhz ) Octocore instead? I don't want to add another 81 bucks to this bill, since I'm not very rich.

do NOT get the 6100 it is the old gen bulldozer and it has not much horsepower
get a 6300 instead it is MUCH better and it won't bottleneck that grapics card
also get a 760 instead it is cheaper here

I can't get my hands on a f6300, but I guess AMD FX-8320 ( 8x 3500 Mhz ) Octocore would be fine? I could swap that also with AMD Radeon HD 7870 (2048 MB GDDR5 - DX 11) instead of 660 ti saving me about 40 bucks.

I live in NL so x8xxx is not the same price as 6100 here. Slightly more expensive, let's say 50 bucks. But if I go for AMD Radeon HD 7870 I will save some money it's almost the same as 660 ti.

This is not what I asked for. Right now, I'll get the AMD 7870. Will I need f8320 or not ? Else I'll just get that f6100

You do not need the FX 8320, but it is a very nice chip. If you can get a good discount on one, go for it. 7870 isn't a bad card, just wanted to point out better options for the $$$. GTX 760 is the best bang for the buck video card out there right now.
