At what resolution? At 1080p it will run, but you will have to back off quite a bit on the eye candy. At 720p, it will run much better.

Yes it will. Look, Crysis 3 is one of the best realistic games ever made and you don't have to change anything and you can still play it smoothly without any lags. Crysis 2, even in Ultra setting if you want to.
