Hi all,

Thanks for all the info. I've used a lot of the guides to get through my build and to help deal with a dead MSI motherboard and replacing it with a new Asus MOBO. I've successfully installed Windows 8 and what happened after that was that I entered an endless reboot ring. Whenever I did anything, after a bit of time, the entire system would restart.

I talked to Asus support and they said that it likely was a memory issues; my system is now running off of one RAM stick. I don't know what to do next to try and help fix the problem and get my system up and running... It has taken over a week and I am miserable. Thanks for the help.
