27" can start to look pixely and blocky when you are up close looking at it for a monitor at 1080p. For a TV, the size is fine, you're usually a few feet from it at least. That Asus is also going to look better picture wise than any of the others, I have an Asus VS and the only other monitor in my house, of 9 PC's that looks better than it, is a Dell Ultrasharp. The Asus VS blows all the rest out of the water.

As for it being bigger, meaning more things on the screen, you're wrong. The resolution is the same, your new monitor and all the other ones are 1920x1080. There is the same number of pixels on the screen, they are just bigger pixels on a 27" as opposed to a 23". You can't fit anything more on a 27" 1080p screen than you...

I mean putting more stuff on the screen as in i can do that while still being able to read it, where as if i put more stuff on the smaller monitor it would be to small to read if you get me? my currently monitor is the BenQ RL2450HT its by far one of the best monitors out there, and is probably the best gaming monitor.. i just need another one so i dont have to constantly minimize.. ;)
