You have several different measurements, the height of the display area (the part that lights up,) and the height including the bezel. If You are OCD about the height, what about the color of the bezel? General styling? LEDs? Pixels per inch?
According to Dell.com (http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&cs=19&sku=225-4015&baynote_bnrank=0&baynote_irrank=0&~ck=baynoteSearch) Your LCD is 14.89" tall including the bezel, without the stand. According to another of Dell's web pages (http://www.dell.com/bg/business/p/dell-u2713hm/pd) Your monitor has a display area of 23.49 inches by 13.22 inches.
Most 17" LCDs (with a 4:5 standard aspect ratio) are close, but only a few will look anything like Your monitor, and have an adjustable stand that allows for portrait mounting.
A Dell 1704FPVt allows rotation, and is adjustable for height. According to Dell's PDF (http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_electronics/esuprt_Display/dell-1704fpv_User%27s%20Guide_en-us.pdf?c=us&l=en&cs=&s=gen) it is 14.8 inches "wide." It's display area is 13.3 inches by 10.6 inches. This is as close as I can get.
14.89 inches vs 14.8 inches (including the bezel)
13.22 inches vs 13.3 inches (display area)
Is this close enough? They are both Dells, and both have adjustable stands.
The 1704FPVt is an older monitor, and will only be found used (or maybe refurbished.) They start at $60 on Ebay.
