Hi guys I have a new graphics card and I'm not getting the performance I expected I bought a new gtx 650 ti boost 2gb superclocked I have a e5200 dual core cpu overclocked to 3.3 ghz with 4 gb ram and 3 hard drives and a msi g31 motherboard and a 450 watt powersupply with 25a on the 12v rail I'm not sure what the problem can be but my performance is worse then with my old gt240 I have the latest drivers too.

Can you do some benchmark tests and post results? The problem may have something to do with your PSU being only 450W (the min. required for your GPU) and your CPU being rated for 65W...it may just not have enough headroom to power both under pressure.

Okay thanks for the fast response it realy makes sence because when I play a game the power supply starts to make a sizzling sound when under stress so it might be the problem how much watt psu would you recomend because my gpu needs 24a on the 12v rail and the psu I want is a 550 watt but it sais 18a 12v1 and 18a 12v2 will that be enough

Get the Corsair Cx 500w, that's what I'm using on my Gtx 650Ti Boost, Fx6300 Cpu without problems. I doubt if your Cpu can even make use of half the power of the Gtx 650Ti Boost. You will need at least a Core 2 Quad, unless you're playing 2008 games.
