UPDATE: Plugging my HDMI into the video card instead of the motherboard seems to have fixed the problem! Thanks to user mc962 for the solution.
I built my new PC a few days ago, plugged it into m monitor via HDMI, and it booted up the POST. I turned it on today to install my OS and my monitor just displays "No Input". I have not done anything to the computer since then. I have tried different monitors and various outputs jacks, but none of it is receiving a signal. All the fans and LEDs (unfortunately the motherboard does have any troubleshooting LEDs) are working properly.
