Unsure of a Good Gaming monitor please Help

I am looking for a good gaming monitor for under $270(£175)
I would like it to be 22"-24" and have refresh rate of 5ms or under, be LED Display
be just over 1920x1080 (1920x1200 .ect), have dvi input and 120hz
if any one could help i will be very grateful thanks.
if it helps my gpu is XFX Radeon 7870
