what graphics card should i go for amd or nvida gtx670

i am wondering what graphics card to go nvida gtx 670 or amd equivalent i want at least 256 bit Memory Interface for around $300 which i know the gtx 670 is a little more also what motherboard should i use for i7 3770k i found the card i want to get now http://us.msi.com/product/vga/N760-HAWK.html#/?div=Overview just need mobo and case now

For a 3770K, the MSI G65 is an attractive gamer motherboard. G45 if you can't afford the 65. AsRock Extreme 4 is a pretty good one too.

i was reading up on it spec wise and came across that this has lower resolution than pny or evga gtx 760's? also is asus oc better?

is amd any good i mean i never tried a desktop graphics card from them i tried cpus and found them to be slower at least for normal processes

Being the the It field for 4 years now and using AMD products for like 7 years I do have to say I'm pretty satisfied with AMD in general I like their CPU's because run cheaper i price than Intel overall. I REALLY love their GPUs personally I have a 7990 in one of my computers and it's a beast! love it *--* ... I just had to sell my soul to afford it :| lol

AMD cpus are good for tight budget builds, their GPUs are much better but Nvidia is running the show right now, AMD will be releasing a new line of graphics card, and that should give nvidia some competition, but right now, single GPU, GTX 780 Lightning, can't beat it.
