(error: no such partition" followed by "Grub rescue")

I am in need of a great amount of help. my setup is i dual boot windows 7 with ubuntu. I went and turned my computer on . the menu came up with witch partition i wanted to start up into. and accidentally hit windows recovery . so i hit exit to get out of it and the computer restarted but now i get (error: no such partition" followed by "Grub rescue") What do i need to do so boot back into windows. Can anybody help me please. i've looked around but not sure which thing to try.

Windows wrote over the MBR and MicroSoft doesn't like you using the competition. Assuming you still have your live dvd of USB boot to them and install boot-repair and run it. Accept the default repair and you should be back in business.
