Dying Hard Drive

My computer wouldn't start up this morning unless it was in safe mode. Ran SFC, ePSA and error checking. ePsa failed the hard drive text. Have not re-run it since I finished the error checking. Also ran crystaldiskinfo and the reallocated, current pending, and uncorrectable sector counts were all listed as caution.

Safest thing is a new hard drive. What's the easiest way for me to clone my hard drive to a new one so I can just swap it out and keep going without all that silly downloading and installing of software?

A Linux Live CD with ddrescue is excellent for cloning failing drives as detailed by fzabkar here...
