System wont boot unless RESET button is pushed TWICE???

I have an ASROCK N68C-S motherboard. From a cold boot , after I press the power button, I have to press the reset button TWO times before the system will boot. Any ideas what is causing this? Same thing if I do a restart from windows after the system is up and running.

I'm having the same problem and I have tried everything, up to changing the cooler, video card, updating the bios and changing the settings. I have more or less decided that this cannot be improved. If you happen to have new info, however, I would be happy to try it out!

i have a friend with an old dell that does the same thing, i think its designed that way and if it can be changed it must be hidden in the BIOS somewhere
