Run through for overclocking on ASROCK Z87

Hello all, I just purchased the ASROCK Z87 Extreme4 and the i5-4670k. Can someone please run me through the best way to overclock my cpu? I cant find any videos on youtube and I cant see to find out where to change frequencies.

Believe in the tweaking/advanced page the Rock has preset OCs you can enter and then work from there
