I recently ordered my parts for a Budget PC from Amazon. I got the AMD Athlon ii x3 450 without a Graphics Card for now. I will buy a graphics card as soon as possible. I am worried it won't run without it. Can I have some answers If I can run the PC without a Graphics Card!? Thanks.

CPU: Athlon x3 450

I'm afraid not. Should have gotten a low-tier A-series chip if you wanted integrated video as a temporary solution. Or a high end A-series chip for the equivalent of a low-end discrete graphics card.

Yes you can, assuming your monitor has the proper connection. The specs for your motherboard video are as follows:

Graphic
Integrated ATI Radeon™ HD 3000 GPU
VGA output support : RGB port
- Supports RGB with max. resolution 2560 x 1440 @ 75 Hz
Maximum shared memory of 1024 MB
Hybrid CrossFireX™ Support *1
Supports DirectX 10

The video port is a traditional analog D-Sub port.

Won't work that well with demanding (i.e., modern) games, but it'll get you by until you get a video card. (Don't ask me for a recommendation, I'm not a gamer.)

Yes, you can run the system without a graphics card. The motherboard has an integrated graphics chipset (AMD HD3000) and a VGA output. Not enough to run games, but will let you surf the web and watch videos.
