Best monitor for gaming under $250

Hi I'm looking for the best monitor possible to game on, any size works, preferebly 1080 and preferebly a response rate under 7ms. Needs to be HDMI, DVI or DisplayPort.

Not an actual pc monitor, it's a tv. I really like it, though. Good picture, not the best sound though. I've never had anything LED before, it really does have deep colors. It has mixed reviews, works perfect for me cause I needed a tv that will work with my pc as well as xbox and ps3. The choice is really up to you.

The colors on that monitor are not very deep.
