Mini ITX Gaming PC, Hardware Suggestions?

Hello everyone!

I'm going to build a gaming PC with only one prerequisite... it has to use this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

My main concern is fitting a video card inside, but I'm okay with removing the optical drive chamber to do so. I also realize that I'm limited with the included PSU, but I'm not opposed to upgrading it.

I don't play anything crazy, game wise. Photoshop and League of Legends are currently my only uses. I would like the option to play EverQuest Next when that comes out this winter, though they haven't released the hardware requirements yet.

I have read some mini and micro budget build guides if you're wondering, but I really just want an "August-2013, using-this-case-only" recommendations from you. (1920x1080 if at all possible)

Budget: $300-$650 ish
Thanks ahead of time!

Here's something I whipped, maybe not the best but it's a starting point, since I see nobody has replied to this yet.

Thing is with that case is that it only supports single slot low profile cards. Also I put in another psu because although you could probably live with the one in it because probably not get it to full load but I'd rather have some headroom and atleast the one I picked has an 80+ bronze
