I need a new video card for my old PC.

Bus Clock: 133 megahertz

intel celeron cpu 2.13 GHz
2.23 GB RAM

Also, do you feel comfortable building your own to save money?

Probably around $500-$700, and yeah I feel comfortable building my own PC
