The HD 6670 is a fairly low power graphic card. There should be no problem.

I would not trust that brand PSU to be a true 450W unit. And you didn't provide a model number. Therefore, the best I would recommend is any of these HD 7750: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=E...
or This particular GTX 650: http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GTX650E1GD5/

They all get their power just from the PCIe X16 slot. What resolution is your monitor?

My monitor is a full hd one and my psu model is zeb450 silver.
and whether asus hd 6670 works in my computer with all configurations mentioned above

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any specs on the PSU that tell me the +12V rail's current carrying capacity. Therefore I go with my above recommendations. Yes, the weaker HD 6670 will work in your computer. So will the others. Your full HD monitor could be 720p or 1080p. If it's 1080p, you really need more card than the HD 6670.
