Hello everyone I've overclocked my AMD Phenom II x2 550 to 3.75ghz but in Battlefield 3 I get around 25-38 FPS on High Settings (I get the same FPS on Low and Medium). My CPU Usage is 100% and my GPU Usage is around 50%-60% whike playing BF3. My GTX 560 Non Ti is overclocked to 925mhz Core Clock and 2070mhz Memory Clock is my CPU bottlenecking my GPU or is it some other reason.

My Full Computer Specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom II x2 550 3.75ghz
Mobo: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
GPU: GTX 560 Non Ti
RAM: 4GB Kingston HyperX Red
PSU: ANTEC 80 plus 620 watts

Also if it is a bottleneck would an upgrade to a FX 6300 be better for future games like BF4?

Generally speaking that CPU won't bottleneck that GPU. However BF3 is very cpu intensive and benefits greatly from a 4/6 core cpu that will allow enough performance on the CPU end to allow the GPU to work harder.

Even at 3.7ghz it's not good enough to handle BF3? I guess I'll have to upgrade to a Quad or Six Core. Thank you for the answers.
