Recommend Me a Motherboard Please - AM3+

Just trying to find the right Motherboard for the AMD FX-6300.

I was recommended this ASUS M5A97 R2.0 It has everything I need. but want a better choice of boards please.

My Needs,

PCI x2 - TV Card, Soundcard
PCIe - Sapphire 7770 GHz Ed
PCIe - Wifi
SATA 6 sockets
4 RAM slots Minimum Speed of 1600mHz
VREG Heatsink (but can get aftermarket one)
6 usb (not bothered about USB 3 not got any devices capable)
IEEE1394 Would be great but not bothered
UEFI would be nice Hate old BIOS system

I have Zalman Z11 Case

I know quite a big ask for so little but if the Asus one turns out to be the better one then so be it.

Max Budget of 80-90GBP

I am Concidering the PRO version of this board but it only have 1 PCI slots and do I leave out my TV card of my Soundcard when I use bother everyday - Freeview Plus SO I have TV on PC and Soundcard for my music composition so really don't tink I could lose them. unless you can find a DVB-t Dual tuner for less then 50GB that is Windows 8 Compatible

AND

I have seen Motherboard where the 1st PCI slot is blocked by GFX card, I dont' want this I need Both slots.
