New build experiencing low fps

G Skill RipJaws X DDR3 8GB RAM
Galaxy GeForce GTX 770
PSU- Antec 620W
MotherBoard- ASUS SABERTOOTH Z87

Purchased a new build, however experiencing low fps on games such as Battlefield Bad company 2 whilst setting on max settings (20-15 fps) . When setting everything on low settings max fps is 45.

What is the issue? This system was professionally built.

First off, have you tried updating your graphics card drivers? Another thing the mobo is meant to be LGA1150 not 2011, I'm sure that's just a mistake.

card is updated. During "valley" bench mark test Graphics: 405 Mhz Memory: 324 mhz?

There must be something wrong with your card, the mem should be running higher, send it back to the guy you got it from and get them to replace it
