Intel Core i5 3470 vs Intel Core i7 3770

Hello guys...

I`m finally buying new pc and I can't make decision so I want to hear what you think! Buying pc for gaming!

So there are 2 choices :

1) Intel Core i5 3470 processor with AMD Radeon HD7870 2gb videocard
2) Intel Core i7 3770 processor with AMD Radeon HD7850 1gb videocard

The 3470 with 2GB 7870 is superior for gaming then the 3770 and 1GB 7850 video card. The 3770 is only useful for encoding, rendering, blending, etc. What is the full specs of each system, can you link it?
