NZXT Phantom 410 fan controller

I just recently got the Phantom 410, and i feel like the integrated controller doesent put the fans to their max rpm, is their any way to change that, rather than using the mobo connectors?

Thing about it. All fans that are connected to the controller are being run by a single molex. So the more fans you add, the voltage drops. So the fans are spinning at lower speeds even on full.
